The Harmonised Parent Coaching Terms & Conditions
The Harmonised Parent Coaching & Education Programs are educational and coaching focussed programs that are designed to enhance parenting skills and mindset to help clients navigate parenting.
The service provides education, skill development and coaching for people who are already doing well in life and have identified that they want to up skill in their parenting and are looking to fulfill with the guidance of a coach. They are looking for someone who can coach them from being good to being great.
This service is not suitable for people who are not mentally well, have difficulties functioning in daily life, and/or who have moderate to severe mental health issues, as indicated in the DSM-V.
The Harmonised Parent programs may be suitable for people who may be affected by issues including, but not limited to, low anxiety, stress and overwhelm, or who indicate having low self-esteem.
Relationship with Elissa Fisher’s Psychology Services
The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching is operated by Elissa Fisher who is a registered psychologist. While Elissa Fisher is a registered psychologist, the Harmonised Parent Coaching Program is not a psychology service.
By consenting to participate in ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching program, participants acknowledge that they are participating in a coaching program and are not receiving psychological services from Elissa Fisher.
To avoid any potential conflicts of interest arising, clients of Elissa Fisher Psychology cannot be accepted as participants in ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching program within six months of cessation of psychological services provided by Elissa Fisher.
Similarly, participants in the ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching program cannot be accepted as clients of Elissa Fisher within a minimum of six months of completion of The Harmonised Parent Coaching program.
Any requests for cross-referral or registration between former clients of Elissa Fisher and The Harmonised Parent Coaching will be assessed on a case by case basis, and will only be accepted at Elissa Fisher’s discretion, depending on the individual circumstances.
If in the course of participating in ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching program, issues arise which in Elissa Fisher’s professional opinion are beyond the scope of the coaching relationship, a participant may be advised to see their GP and obtain a referral to consult with an appropriate clinician.
Elissa Fisher may at any time and in their sole discretion, terminate a participant’s registration in ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching Program if Elissa Fisher considers it appropriate to do so. In the event of termination of a participant’s registration in ‘The Harmonised Parent’ Coaching program on this basis, a partial refund of the participant’s registration fees may be provided.
